
On Sat 14 Sept, my wife Sharon received a phone call from an old high school friend telling her that the house she lived in from 1954 thru 1960 was open on a home tour. As Sharon had earlier suggested that we take Mini for a ride, we drove in same west out US6 to Vermilion OH, where Sharon had lived, where Sharon and I had lived, where our son Allen had first come home, and where I first worked on Mini.
We stopped at Chez Francois to pick up tickets for the tour http://www.chezfrancois.com/

And then over to the first house, where Sharon had lived from 1954-60


Mini waited on the road side.
We stopped at another house in the same area

Where we ate, and Mini guarded the lot

Mini waited. That home was fabulous inside and out!

This home was stunning – the master bath was about the size of our first floor, and it is on a street in which boats are tied off in the back yard.
